how-to-blog-imageWhat are you doing this weekend? We’re here to get you off your couch and out into the world. When you’re juggling demanding bosses, rush hour traffic, and coordinating with all your friends, tickets should be the least of your worries. With Flavorus, buying tickets is never a hassle. Our online sales system makes the process a cinch. Need some step-by-step information?

1. From the Event Page, select your desired ticket quantity and/or ticket type. When you’re satisfied with your order, press checkout.

2. If you aren’t signed into your Flavorus Account already (or if you haven’t created a Flavorus account yet), our site will redirect you to a sign-in page. Sign in using your Facebook account information, or click “Create an Account” and follow the steps to set one up. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be redirected to your checkout page.

3. When you arrive at the checkout, follow the prompts to complete your purchase information (note: you’ll have a limited amount of time to complete your order before your tickets are released!). Fill out your billing information, confirm you’ve read our Terms of Purchase (follow the link to read them now), then click “Process My Order.”

4. You’ve just bought your first Flavorus tickets! Our Thank You Page serves as your purchase confirmation and includes an order number. You’ll also receive a confirmation via the email address associated with your account. If you purchased print-at-home tickets or would like a print-friendly receipt, you can click the link below your confirmation information to visit your account details. You can also log-in to your account at a later date to print or review your order details.

What if it was a layaway payment? My subtotal stayed the same after the first payment.

Anonymous says: Jan 21 at 7:19 pm

The total amount will not change on your layaway plan details. Your order details show the total for the transaction. For details on your payment plan, please email help@flavorus.com

Anonymous says: Jan 29 at 11:33 pm

The layaway payments are set up to automatically charge the credit card used at checkout on the indicated dates. This cannot be changed. If the payment fails, you then have a 10-day grace period to update your failed payment manually on your Flavorus account before your payment plan is Void. You may contact our help center via email at help@flavorus.com for any questions regarding your layaway plan.

Are the edc Vegas shuttle passes going to be sent with our edc tickets or do we pick them up somewhere else????

Anonymous says: Mar 6 at 1:56 am

EDC Las Vegas shuttle passes will be shipped with 3-Day Pass if purchased under the same account with the same credit card (same billing address). Our customer support teams is available 7 days a week for any EDC questions at help@flavorus.com.

How am I able to make layaway payments? Does it automatically subtract from the subtotal with each month or is it some link I just happened to miss clicking on?

Anonymous says: Mar 6 at 8:24 pm

After you have made your ticket selection and proceed to checkout, there you will find the amount of your initial installment that you will pay up front and the amounts of future installments that will be automatically charged to your card. All future monthly installments are automatically charged on the first of the month to the card used at checkout. If the transaction fails, you then are given a 10 day grace period to manually update your payment. To read more about how our layaway orders work and the terms of our layaway orders, please visit flavorus.com/terms.

Jenn says: Mar 17 at 2:22 am

Hey I need urgent help please! I just bought tickets with Flavorus BUT I used my facebook to sign up and it used my facebook name as “Jenn Spence” but on my ID card it is “Jennifer Spence”, will this matter when I go to will call to get my tickets??? Also, the card I used is my fiance’s (he is going to the show also), is all of this going to prevent me from being able to pick up our tickets? Thank you!

Anonymous says: Mar 20 at 8:25 pm

Our tickets do not have names associated to them. Anyone will be able to use them. In order to pick up tickets at Will Call, the credit card and cardholder’s Id must be presented, or a photocopy of both if someone else besides the cardholder is picking up the tickets.

Brittany says: Mar 21 at 5:52 pm

What is your refund policy if you buy tickets for an event you can no longer attend?

Anonymous says: Apr 1 at 7:21 pm

Tickets purchased do not have a name associated to them. When picking up tickets at will, please present the card used at checkout as well as the cardholder’s ID to redeem your tickets.

Anonymous says: Apr 1 at 7:22 pm

Per our terms of purchase, “All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Flavorus control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.” Please visit flavorus.com/terms for more details regarding our terms of purchase.

When on the checkout page, please be sure both the credit card information and the billing address are entered correctly. Please contact help@flavorus.com for any questions or concerns.

We are looking for Vegas locals only to share the 3-Day EDC Las Vegas pass with or purchase partially online here. We can only go either Saturday or Sunday due to a wedding on Friday. The tickets sold out, and now the refund offer was posted on FaceBook today. This means people will be trying to sell their tickets back for a refund, OR inflate them on Craigslist, of which is not a good idea. When we split a 3-Day last year, we broke it evenly three times and did a ride-share and designated driver thing. The problem was that the Saturday that we decided to go (our turn for the passes we bought and split), we got shafted, but safe out of a good event. We really hope that any returns turn into options to buy a pair of one-day passes, but if it does not (though it should being so close….and just like Chicago), we want to share the love ! craigandtheresa@yahoo.com and craigtheresamacneil@gmail.com

Anonymous says: Jun 13 at 8:14 pm

All layaway plans have scheduled installments associated to an order. Per our terms of purchase, “In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your layaway plan current” (flavorus.com/terms). You may update your failed layaway payment by logging into your flavorus account and opening the specific order on your purchase history. Please feel free to contact our support team at help@flavorus.com or 1855-2-FLAVOR with any questions or concerns regarding layaway orders.

Anonymous says: Jun 13 at 8:17 pm

You will be able to pick up your replacement wristband at one of the shuttle stops or at will call.

Ticket types will list their designated age restriction on the event page. VIP amenities will vary for events. All age restricted events require a valid form of Identification that demonstrates a name, date of birth, and picture. Please contact help@flavorus.com for age restriction questions about a specific event.

If your tickets are at will call, this can no longer be reversed. Tickets cannot be shipped out after tickets have been issued to will call. In order to pick up tickets at Will Call, the credit card and cardholder’s Id must be presented, or a photocopy of both if someone else besides the cardholder is picking up the tickets. The page told me my transaction was successful. Is there a chance that tickets could be sold out by the time it’s processed?

Anonymous says: Sep 25 at 7:55 pm

No, once your tickets are in the cart they are reserved for you for 10 minutes, you’ll see a countdown begin at the top of the page. As long as you finish your purchase before the countdown runs out you’ll have the tickets. If the page told you your transaction was successful then Congratulations! You’ve just purchased tickets to the show!

I bought tickets to Day of the Dead in LA on flavorus and now I cant make it. Can I turn them around and sell them on here? I need to get rid of them

Anonymous says: Oct 7 at 4:32 pm

Great question Patrick. We don’t re-sell our own tickets. The ticket selling side of our business is only for promoters of their own events and requires a setup of the account by calling one of our sales team members. While we don’t recommend that you sell your ticket, there are no names on the tickets and they can be given away to anyone you choose or sold on one of the many third party sites at your own risk. Keep in mind that we only honor the original buyer of the tickets, so if you do sell it to someone and they call us asking for verification, we will not be able to help them, only the original buyer.

If you need more clarification on any of this, please email us at help@flavorus.com or call us daily from 8-8 Pacific time at 855-2-Flavor.

can booty halloween 10 tickets be purchased at the door

Anonymous says: Oct 14 at 6:31 pm

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your message. In most cases if an event is not sold out, there will be tickets at the door. Unfortunately, we are only the online ticketing retailer for Booty Halloween 10 and are not running the door there. In short, we do not know for sure whether tickets will be sold there but you can check with Booty Halloween directly and they can answer your question. Their Face Book page can be reached at this link- https://www.facebook.com/pages/4sho-Productions/292413950800167

If you have any other questions, please feel free to call or email us at help@flavorus.com or 323-908-0607

When I purchased my tickets, I didn’t create an account. I didn’t print out the tickets before leaving the page and then now I have no idea how to print my tickets. I did not receive an email confirming my order but the payment showed up on my credit card. What do i do?

Anonymous says: Oct 14 at 6:37 pm

Hi Aimee,
Thanks for your excellent question! There are a few ways to still get ahold of your tickets.

1. if you have a Gmail account then the confirmation ticket link might be in your Spam folder. That happens sometimes with Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Checking there might get this problem solved very quickly.

2. We can help you gain access to your account to print out the ticket or receipt by reseting the password or helping you get logged into the account itself. Even if you used a guest account, we can help. Just email or call us to get started. We can be reached daily at help@flavorus.com or at 855-2-Flavor.

3. If all else fails we can send you a copy of your receipt or print@home ticket to the email address you have on file with us. Contact us again by email or phone to get that process under way.

Neil says: Oct 15 at 9:24 am

Hi,
Just after some info about your printable tickets, do you send them via a PDF file after purchase? I’m thinking of buying someone a present and this format would be better as i’m in another country and would be easier to send, any info appreciated, thanks!

Anonymous says: Oct 15 at 4:58 pm

Hi Neil,
Thanks for your message. Whether or not a ticket that you purchase is printable is up to the promoter putting together the event. When setting up events, they have basically 3 choices for delivery of tickets. Much of the time promoters choose to let people buy print@home tickets and in that case you’d certainly be able to send someone the PDF copy as a gift. But, if that option is not available upon purchase then you’d only be able to send them a receipt. Each event lists the available delivery options below the ticket purchase box in a drop-down menu.

If you have any other questions, we’d love to hear from you. We can be reached on email at help@flavorus.com or by phone daily from 8-8 Pacific time at 855-2-Flavor.

Neil says: Oct 18 at 12:40 pm

Hi I purchased tickets and didn’t notice they were Will Call, I live in the UK and my friend who tickets are for is in the states. How can I arrange it so she can pick up the tickets from the venue- what do I need to send her?
Thanks!

Anonymous says: Oct 18 at 5:15 pm

Hi Neil,

All your friend will need at Will Call to pick up those tickets without you being there is a photocopy or picture on a smart phone of your ID and the credit card used to make that purchase. As long as they have those two items they will have no trouble at Will Call picking up those tickets. You can also email the receipt to them for extra security if you wish to.

Also, for your own security you are welcome to black out all but the last four digits of the card number.

If you still have questions, we’d love to hear from you at either our Call Center or Email Help Desk.
We can be reached daily from 8-8 Pacific time at 855-2-Flavor or at help@flavorus.com

hello I was checking my bank statements today and I saw that my nephew had bought 2 tickets to the day off the dead show. not wanting to spend this money is there there any way to get my money back?

Anonymous says: Oct 21 at 7:51 pm

Hi Neiko,

Thanks for your message. In this situation, where someone has fraudulently used a credit card that does not belong to them, the cardholder will need to initiate an investigation with their bank first before contacting us. When a chargeback for fraud is initiated we work directly with the bank to figure out the situation to everyone’s satisfaction.

If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to email or call us at help@flavorus.com or 855-2-Flavor.

Roy says: Oct 29 at 7:55 pm

Is there a way to enter and save a credit card onto your account for future purchases, or do you always have to enter the information while buying tickets?

Anonymous says: Oct 30 at 2:56 pm

Hello Roy,

When you create an account at Flavorus.com it saves the last credit card you used to make a purchase. That card should always be available in your account and you can add cards as well when you make other purchases. They all stay saved in your account unless you ask us to delete them for you.

If you have other questions, feel free to call us at 855-2-Flavor. We are here daily from 8-8 Pacific time.

When it says:

TICKETS

Online tickets are currently unavailable for this event.

It means tickets already sold out???? :( :(

Anonymous says: Nov 13 at 4:07 pm

Hi Luselli,

The message “Online tickets are currently unavailable for this event” does mean that the tickets are sold out on our site. That does not mean that they won’t be sold at the door of the event and we do not usually know if there will be tickets sold at the event because we only do the online selling for tickets.

However, sometimes Promoters make more tickets available once they have sold out so it’s always best to check the website or Face Book page for a particular event to see if more tickets are being released.

If you have more questions, please feel free to ask…

Hi! I was going to purchase tickets for EDC 2014, and I have a couple of questions. how early are the payment plans available to customers wanting to buy on dec 2. and next, does doing the payment plan reserve the ticket for you till payment is complete or how does it work? thank you.

Anonymous says: Nov 21 at 6:31 pm

Hi Carter,

Thanks for your message. EDC tickets will be available on the Layaway plan as soon as they are released on the 2nd Each payment will be automatically drafted out on the 1st of every month from the credit or bank card you have on file with us. If the layaway plan fails on the 1st of the month you’ll have 10 days to log back into your account and re-enter the same card when there is money in your account or you can replace the card on file with another one to continue the payments. If you are not able to make the payment by the 10th day your Layaway plan will be voided. The ticket is reserved for you until payment is completed successfully, after all the payments are made the ticket is shipped out to you.

If you have other questions we’d love to help. We can be reached at help@flavorus.com via email or you can call us daily from 8-8 Pacific time at

Anonymous says: Nov 23 at 12:01 am

Hi Melissa,

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal for ticket purchases. Each promoter decides what credit card or debit cards they will accept for their events and those options are always listed on the event page and/or the purchase page.

If you have any other questions we’d love to help.

Lyndsey says: Nov 23 at 11:59 pm

What is the FAC Fee for? I was looking at last years tickets to see how much I would be paying this year and noticed this charge.

Anonymous says: Nov 26 at 4:55 pm

Hi Lyndsey, The Facility fee is paid to the venue where the event is taking place and pays for the clean up and upkeep of the venue while the event is taking place and afterward. It also pays for the toilet paper, trash cans and bags, as well as the people who are there to clean and maintain the facility.

Hi im from Mexico? Can i buy EDC tickets and how will be the shipping option??? Thanks

Anonymous says: Dec 2 at 5:06 pm

Hi Carlos,

If you are buying EDC tickets from Mexico you’ll need to choose the delivery method “International Order” as we do not ship to Mexico. That is one of the shipping choices and will place your tickets at Will Call for pickup when you arrive at the event.
You’ll need your credit card used to make the purchase and ID of the cardholder at the Will Call booth when you arrive.

hi im doing the payment plan
but i was able to get enough money to pay in full is there a away i can just pay in full now even though im doing the payment plan

Anonymous says: Dec 2 at 5:14 pm

Hi Adrian,

The payment plan is set up to charge you automatically for each scheduled payment on the first of each consecutive month. For that reason, we are unable to accept advance payment for your tickets. The payment for your order must proceed according to the payment plan setup. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Is there interest charges on the layaway program or does it cost more for the ticket if you chose that option or are the ticket prices the same?

Anonymous says: Dec 3 at 1:57 am

Hi Jason,

There are no interest charges on the layaway program. Sometimes promoters choose to make the layaway tickets more expensive and that is their right to do so but it’s infrequent.

Anonymous says: Dec 3 at 4:28 pm

Hi Joey, EDC tickets are not printable tickets and you won’t get the ticket until your layaway is paid off and we start shipping the tickets in late May. Your purchase could take up to 48 hours to show up in your account so you should check back in your Flavorus account periodically to see if they order has processed. Once it does you’ll have full access to all the details of the ticket purchase and you should get an email of confirmation as well.

If you have other questions we’d love to help. We can be reached by email at help@flavorus.com or via phone at 855-2-Flavor.

Also I had to use my moms credit card for this transaction i just wanted to know if that would affect the way i get into the event with my ID and everything? or how does that work if the person who bought the ticket is different than the person attending the event Thank you!

Anonymous says: Dec 3 at 4:31 pm

using someone else’s credit card (with their permission) is fine. If the tickets are being mailed to you then you’ll just bring those tickets to the main gate for entry, there are no names on tickets. However, if you have to pick the tickets up at Will Call then you’ll need a photocopy or picture on your phone of your Mom’s credit card used to make the purchase as well as her ID. That way you can pick them up at Will Call with no problem.

Joey Alberto says: Dec 3 at 9:48 pm

okay thank you so much. Hi again Joey, thanks for your message. Will Call is a booth at an event where people can pick up tickets if they do not or chose not to get them at their house. It’s set up as a secondary way to receive tickets you purchase. If you did not choose the delivery method to be Will Call when bought the tickets then you should get them at your home. If something goes wrong in the delivery process, like the tickets being returned to us by the post office with an error then your tickets would get automatically reissued to Will Call for pickup when you arrive at the event.

If you have other questions, please let us know. We can be reached by email at help@flavorus.com or phone 855-2-Flavor.

i ordered edc tickets and still haven’t received a comformation email but the money was taken out of my bank account

Anonymous says: Dec 4 at 5:33 pm

Hi Ashley,
I looked at your account and your email address was spelled incorrectly leaving out the “L” in hotmail. I have fixed the misspelling for you and if you log into your account now you should see your EDC ticket on the Dashboard of Your Account.

If you are still having trouble, please email or call us for more assistance. help@flavorus.com or 855-2-Flavor.

I purchased my EDC tickets on Dec. 2nd. I recieved the conformation email that my transaction was successful but when i checked my bank account the ticket transactions were still pending. I wanted to know if my money was successfully pulled out of my bank account? because it shows no purchase of my tickets yet. Thanks!

Hi Ashley,

I’ll be glad to check your account for you from our secure email help desk. Can you please send us an email to help@flavorus.com with your full name and email address used to purchase the ticket as well as the last four digits of your credit card?

We’ll be glad to help you over there!

blue says: Dec 5 at 12:54 am

Okay flavorus so I totally kinda messed up. First I put the wrong email for my edc transaction(roberto_ramirez@aol.com) the correct email is (Roberto_ramirez24@aol.com) and now I just realized on my address I put “Daltons” instead of the correct name “Dalton” …
So I called you guys and the lady said they should be delivered without a problem but just say they do get sent back? Do I pick them up at will call? Or do I have to contact you guys first if I didn’t get it? Kinda been nervous since I ordered them lol

blue says: Dec 5 at 12:57 am

And also if I do have to pick them up at will call will you guys make a big deal if I placed my order as Bobby Ramirez and my Id is Roberto Ramirez but the credit card is under my mom’s card

Anonymous says: Dec 5 at 5:40 pm

Hi Bobby,

There are no names on tickets so it does not matter if you are Bobby or Roberto. Also, since you are using your Mom’s credit card it’s her info we’ll need at Will Call to pick up the ticket. As I mentioned in your last question, you can bring a photocopy of her ID and the credit card she used.

Anonymous says: Dec 5 at 5:37 pm

Hi Bobby,

Your tickets are being sent Priority Mail when they ship out next May. There shouldn’t be a problem with the address and we have already changed your email to reflect the correct one. If they do get sent back to us, then yes you’ll pick them up at Will Call with the Credit Card used to make the purchase and your ID or the ID of the cardholder. Photocopies or pictures on a smartphone also work if you can’t bring the actual card and ID.

If you have other questions, just let us know.

I really want to buy a ticket for someone as a gift but we live in different states so I’m not sure if there’s a way I can ship the tickets to their address rather than mine.

Hi Ally,

We do not currently have a way to ship anywhere except the billing address of the card used at the time of purchase. You can certainly buy the ticket then ship it from your billing address to someone else once you receive it.

this may be a silly question.. but is there a way to buy a one day pass for this event?

Anonymous says: Dec 16 at 4:07 pm

Hi Mags,

I’m not sure what event you are referring to as we sell tickets to thousands of events nationwide but I think you might be talking about EDC in Las Vegas. If so, there are no single day tickets available for that show.

If you have other questions, please let us know.

FlavorusHelp says: Jan 22 at 4:35 pm

Hi Pedro, thanks for your question. Any promo codes for any event will be handed out/posted by the promoters of that event on their website or Face Book page or via email. We are not able to give out any promo codes or validate any codes you might have. The box is there for a promo code to be entered and as long as you are able to locate one from the promoter, you can use it for your ticket purchase.

What if it was a layaway payment? My subtotal stayed the same after the first payment.

The total amount will not change on your layaway plan details. Your order details show the total for the transaction. For details on your payment plan, please email help@flavorus.com

No, once your tickets are in the cart they are reserved for you for 10 minutes, you’ll see a countdown begin at the top of the page.

In short, we do not know for sure whether tickets will be sold there but you can check with Booty Halloween directly and they can answer your question.

Anonymous says: Nov 23 at 12:01 am

Hi Melissa,

Lyndsey says: Nov 23 at 11:59 pm

What is the FAC Fee for? I was looking at last years tickets to see how much I would be paying this year and noticed this charge.

Anonymous says: Nov 26 at 4:55 pm

Hi Lyndsey, The Facility fee is paid to the venue where the event is taking place and pays for the clean up and upkeep of the venue while the event is taking place and afterward. It also pays for the toilet paper, trash cans and bags, as well as the people who are there to clean and maintain the facility.

If you have other questions, feel free to call or email us at help@flavorus.com or 855-2-Flavor.

how do i set up a layaway plan using my loyalty passcode for EDCLV 2014? or, is that even possible? i’d like to buy 2-4 tickets and make payments if possible

Anonymous says: Nov 26 at 4:56 pm

Hi Andre,

The payment plan is chosen on the same page you choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase. It’s right below the main window where the tickets are listed.

christian says: Nov 25 at 4:01 am

Hi Christian, you need to log into the Flavorus account associated with that email. Only while you are logged in will the code work.

Catherine says: Nov 25 at 5:22 pm

I’m new to Flavorus. On Dec 2nd where would I go to purchase EDC Las Vegas 2014 tickets?

Anonymous says: Nov 26 at 5:00 pm

Hi Catherine,
Tickets will be available on our website at Noon on the 2nd of December at http://www.flavorus.com. There should be a banner on the front page leading you to the purchase page.

April says: Nov 25 at 8:35 pm

Can you purchase tickets using a debit card instead of a credit card?

Anonymous says: Nov 26 at 5:01 pm

Hi April,

You can indeed us a Debit card as long as it has the VISA or MASTERCARD logos on them.

Carlos Cano says: Nov 29 at 8:30 pm

Hi im from Mexico? Can i buy EDC tickets and how will be the shipping option??? Thanks

Anonymous says: Dec 2 at 5:06 pm

Hi Carlos,

If you are buying EDC tickets from Mexico you’ll need to choose the delivery method “International Order” as we do not ship to Mexico. That is one of the shipping choices and will place your tickets at Will Call for pickup when you arrive at the event.
You’ll need your credit card used to make the purchase and ID of the cardholder at the Will Call booth when you arrive.

adrian says: Nov 30 at 3:48 am

hi im doing the payment plan
but i was able to get enough money to pay in full is there a away i can just pay in full now even though im doing the payment plan

Jason Hibbard says: Dec 2 at 6:17 pm

Is there interest charges on the layaway program or does it cost more for the ticket if you chose that option or are the ticket prices the same?

Anonymous says: Dec 3 at 1:57 am

Hi Jason,

There are no interest charges on the layaway program. Sometimes promoters choose to make the layaway tickets more expensive and that is their right to do so but it’s infrequent.

Natty Y says: Dec 3 at 12:45 am

I purchased two tickets and it said it may take 24 hours for the order to process. Theres no confirmation that it even went through so how do I know I got any tickets

Anonymous says: Dec 3 at 1:58 am

Hi Natty,
You will get an email either confirming you successfully ordered the tickets or an email letting you know that the transaction was declined. That email should arrive within the next 48 hours.

Joey Alberto says: Dec 3 at 7:03 am

Hey i just bought my edc ticket using the payment plan and i got to the confirmation page and i dont have a printer to print my ticket i saw all my friends with the ” transaction successful” screen and i didnt get that yet and i went to my account and it hasnt said anything about any recent purchases or anything? is this because i did the payment plan and it takes time to process? somebody help me please because i dont want these tickets to go sold out thinking that i got my 3 day GA

Joey Alberto says: Dec 3 at 7:04 am

So i did the payment plan and there will be money in the account every month to take out of what is the “will call” that i have been hearing about and how do i NOT do that i just want my tickets to be mailed and ready for me to go to event by thank you so much for your help to i appreciate that you guys are fast and reliable with the replys on questions like these.

Anonymous says: Dec 4 at 5:28 pm

Ashley says: Dec 4 at 8:31 pm

I purchased my EDC tickets on Dec. 2nd. I recieved the conformation email that my transaction was successful but when i checked my bank account the ticket transactions were still pending. I wanted to know if my money was successfully pulled out of my bank account? because it shows no purchase of my tickets yet. Thanks!

Anonymous says: Dec 5 at 5:27 pm

Ally says: Dec 8 at 9:22 am

I really want to buy a ticket for someone as a gift but we live in different states so I’m not sure if there’s a way I can ship the tickets to their address rather than mine.

Anonymous says: Dec 9 at 8:02 pm

Hi Ally,

We do not currently have a way to ship anywhere except the billing address of the card used at the time of purchase. You can certainly buy the ticket then ship it from your billing address to someone else once you receive it.

Mags says: Dec 16 at 1:48 am

this may be a silly question.. but is there a way to buy a one day pass for this event?

Anonymous says: Dec 16 at 4:07 pm

Hi Mags,

I’m not sure what event you are referring to as we sell tickets to thousands of events nationwide but I think you might be talking about EDC in Las Vegas. If so, there are no single day tickets available for that show.

If you have other questions, please let us know.

Pedro Prado says: Jan 22 at 8:59 am

I was wondering if you guys have any promo codes for EDCLV 2014.I see that there is a promo code box when you are about to purchase im guessing there is. Do I have to call and ask about them?

FlavorusHelp says: Jan 22 at 4:35 pm

Hi Pedro, thanks for your question. Any promo codes for any event will be handed out/posted by the promoters of that event on their website or Face Book page or via email. We are not able to give out any promo codes or validate any codes you might have. The box is there for a promo code to be entered and as long as you are able to locate one from the promoter, you can use it for your ticket purchase.
