1. From the Event Page, select your desired ticket quantity and/or ticket type. When you’re satisfied with your order, press checkout.
2. If you aren’t signed into your Flavorus Account already (or if you haven’t created a Flavorus account yet), our site will redirect you to a sign-in page. Sign in using your Facebook account information, or click “Create an Account” and follow the steps to set one up. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be redirected to your checkout page.
3. When you arrive at the checkout, follow the prompts to complete your purchase information (note: you’ll have a limited amount of time to complete your order before your tickets are released!). Fill out your billing information, confirm you’ve read our Terms of Purchase (follow the link to read them now), then click “Process My Order.”
4. You’ve just bought your first Flavorus tickets! Our Thank You Page serves as your purchase confirmation and includes an order number. You’ll also receive a confirmation via the email address associated with your account. If you purchased print-at-home tickets or would like a print-friendly receipt, you can click the link below your confirmation information to visit your account details. You can also log-in to your account at a later date to print or review your order details.

What if it was a layaway payment? My subtotal stayed the same after the first payment.
The total amount will not change on your layaway plan details. Your order details show the total for the transaction. For details on your payment plan, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I only make payments on a layaway plan on the indicated dates? i.e. Feb 1st, March 1…
The layaway payments are set up to automatically charge the credit card used at checkout on the indicated dates. This cannot be changed. If the payment fails, you then have a 10-day grace period to update your failed payment manually on your Flavorus account before your payment plan is Void. How am I able to make layaway payments? Does it automatically subtract from the subtotal with each month or is it some link I just happened to miss clicking on?
After you have made your ticket selection and proceed to checkout, there you will find the amount of your initial installment that you will pay up front and the amounts of future installments that will be automatically charged to your card. All future monthly installments are automatically charged on the first of the month to the card used at checkout. If the transaction fails, you then are given a 10 day grace period to manually update your payment. Is it possible to buy EDC tickets for one day only or does it have to be all three days?

Hey I need urgent help please! I just bought tickets with Flavorus BUT I used my facebook to sign up and it used my facebook name as “Jenn Spence” but on my ID card it is “Jennifer Spence”, will this matter when I go to will call to get my tickets??? Also, the card I used is my fiance’s (he is going to the show also), is all of this going to prevent me from being able to pick up our tickets? Thank you!
Our tickets do not have names associated to them. Anyone will be able to use them. In order to pick up tickets at Will Call, the credit card and cardholder’s Id must be presented, or a photocopy of both if someone else besides the cardholder is picking up the tickets.
What is your refund policy if you buy tickets for an event you can no longer attend?
Tickets purchased do not have a name associated to them. When picking up tickets at will, please present the card used at checkout as well as the cardholder’s ID to redeem your tickets.

We are looking for Vegas locals only to share the 3-Day EDC Las Vegas pass with or purchase partially online here. We can only go either Saturday or Sunday due to a wedding on Friday. The tickets sold out, and now the refund offer was posted on FaceBook today. This means people will be trying to sell their tickets back for a refund, OR inflate them on Craigslist, of which is not a good idea. When we split a 3-Day last year, we broke it evenly three times and did a ride-share and designated driver thing. The problem was that the Saturday that we decided to go (our turn for the passes we bought and split), we got shafted, but safe out of a good event. All layaway plans have scheduled installments associated to an order. Per our terms of purchase, “In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your layaway plan current” (flavorus.com/terms). You may update your failed layaway payment by logging into your flavorus account and opening the specific order on your purchase history. is there a pick up/will call option for the shuttle passes for edc las vegas 2013. i want to buy the shuttle pass but i am leaving to vegas 4 days before the event is it to late to purchase them through regular shipping, i’m scared i wont get them in time before i leave.
Shuttle passes may be purchased to be shipped at this time. If you do not receive your tickets two days prior to the event, you may contact our support team at email@example.com or at 1855-2-FLAVOR to reissue your undelivered shuttle passes to Will Call. You will be able to pick up your replacement wristband at one of the shuttle stops or at will call.
Can someone please explain the 18+ ticket vs 21+ ticket? are the 18+ only allowed in a certain area with no alcohol is that the difference besides price?
Ticket types will list their designated age restriction on the event page. VIP amenities will vary for events. All age restricted events require a valid form of Identification that demonstrates a name, date of birth, and picture. On the checkout page, you will have the option of continuing payment with a credit card you have used at checkout before or you will also have the option of adding a new credit card.

No, once your tickets are in the cart they are reserved for you for 10 minutes, you’ll see a countdown begin at the top of the page. As long as you finish your purchase before the countdown runs out you’ll have the tickets. If the page told you your transaction was successful then Congratulations! You’ve just purchased tickets to the show!

Great question Patrick. We don’t re-sell our own tickets. The ticket selling side of our business is only for promoters of their own events and requires a setup of the account by calling one of our sales team members. While we don’t recommend that you sell your ticket, there are no names on the tickets and they can be given away to anyone you choose or sold on one of the many third party sites at your own risk. Keep in mind that we only honor the original buyer of the tickets, so if you do sell it to someone and they call us asking for verification, we will not be able to help them, only the original buyer.

When I purchased my tickets, I didn’t create an account. I didn’t print out the tickets before leaving the page and then now I have no idea how to print my tickets. I did not receive an email confirming my order but the payment showed up on my credit card. What do i do?
Thanks for your excellent question! There are a few ways to still get ahold of your tickets.
1. if you have a Gmail account then the confirmation ticket link might be in your Spam folder. That happens sometimes with Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Checking there might get this problem solved very quickly.
2. We can help you gain access to your account to print out the ticket or receipt by reseting the password or helping you get logged into the account itself. 3. If all else fails we can send you a copy of your receipt or print@home ticket to the email address you have on file with us. Contact us again by email or phone to get that process under way.

Thanks for your message. Whether or not a ticket that you purchase is printable is up to the promoter putting together the event. When setting up events, they have basically 3 choices for delivery of tickets. Much of the time promoters choose to let people buy print@home tickets and in that case you’d certainly be able to send someone the PDF copy as a gift. But, if that option is not available upon purchase then you’d only be able to send them a receipt. Each event lists the available delivery options below the ticket purchase box in a drop-down menu.

Hi I purchased tickets and didn’t notice they were Will Call, I live in the UK and my friend who tickets are for is in the states. How can I arrange it so she can pick up the tickets from the venue- what do I need to send her?
All your friend will need at Will Call to pick up those tickets without you being there is a photocopy or picture on a smart phone of your ID and the credit card used to make that purchase. As long as they have those two items they will have no trouble at Will Call picking up those tickets. You can also email the receipt to them for extra security if you wish to.
Also, for your own security you are welcome to black out all but the last four digits of the card number.

In this situation, where someone has fraudulently used a credit card that does not belong to them, the cardholder will need to initiate an investigation with their bank first before contacting us. When a chargeback for fraud is initiated we work directly with the bank to figure out the situation to everyone’s satisfaction.

Is there a way to enter and save a credit card onto your account for future purchases, or do you always have to enter the information while buying tickets?
When you create an account at Flavorus.com it saves the last credit card you used to make a purchase. That card should always be available in your account and you can add cards as well when you make other purchases. They all stay saved in your account unless you ask us to delete them for you.

It means tickets already sold out????
The message “Online tickets are currently unavailable for this event” does mean that the tickets are sold out on our site. That does not mean that they won’t be sold at the door of the event and we do not usually know if there will be tickets sold at the event because we only do the online selling for tickets.
However, sometimes Promoters make more tickets available once they have sold out so it’s always best to check the website or Face Book page for a particular event to see if more tickets are being released.

EDC tickets will be available on the Layaway plan as soon as they are released on the 2nd Each payment will be automatically drafted out on the 1st of every month from the credit or bank card you have on file with us. If the layaway plan fails on the 1st of the month you’ll have 10 days to log back into your account and re-enter the same card when there is money in your account or you can replace the card on file with another one to continue the payments. If you are not able to make the payment by the 10th day your Layaway plan will be voided. The ticket is reserved for you until payment is completed successfully, after all the payments are made the ticket is shipped out to you.

What is the FAC Fee for? I was looking at last years tickets to see how much I would be paying this year and noticed this charge.
Hi Lyndsey, The Facility fee is paid to the venue where the event is taking place and pays for the clean up and upkeep of the venue while the event is taking place and afterward. It also pays for the toilet paper, trash cans and bags, as well as the people who are there to clean and maintain the facility.

If you are buying EDC tickets from Mexico you’ll need to choose the delivery method “International Order” as we do not ship to Mexico. That is one of the shipping choices and will place your tickets at Will Call for pickup when you arrive at the event.
You’ll need your credit card used to make the purchase and ID of the cardholder at the Will Call booth when you arrive.

The payment plan is set up to charge you automatically for each scheduled payment on the first of each consecutive month. For that reason, we are unable to accept advance payment for your tickets. Is there interest charges on the layaway program or does it cost more for the ticket if you chose that option or are the ticket prices the same?
There are no interest charges on the layaway program. Sometimes promoters choose to make the layaway tickets more expensive and that is their right to do so but it’s infrequent.
I purchased two tickets and it said it may take 24 hours for the order to process. Theres no confirmation that it even went through so how do I know I got any tickets
You will get an email either confirming you successfully ordered the tickets or an email letting you know that the transaction was declined. That email should arrive within the next 48 hours.

Hi Joey, EDC tickets are not printable tickets and you won’t get the ticket until your layaway is paid off and we start shipping the tickets in late May. Your purchase could take up to 48 hours to show up in your account so you should check back in your Flavorus account periodically to see if they order has processed. Once it does you’ll have full access to all the details of the ticket purchase and you should get an email of confirmation as well.

Also I had to use my moms credit card for this transaction i just wanted to know if that would affect the way i get into the event with my ID and everything? or how does that work if the person who bought the ticket is different than the person attending the event Thank you!
using someone else’s credit card (with their permission) is fine. If the tickets are being mailed to you then you’ll just bring those tickets to the main gate for entry, there are no names on tickets. However, if you have to pick the tickets up at Will Call then you’ll need a photocopy or picture on your phone of your Mom’s credit card used to make the purchase as well as her ID. That way you can pick them up at Will Call with no problem.

Hi again Joey, thanks for your message. Will Call is a booth at an event where people can pick up tickets if they do not or chose not to get them at their house. It’s set up as a secondary way to receive tickets you purchase. If you did not choose the delivery method to be Will Call when bought the tickets then you should get them at your home. If something goes wrong in the delivery process, like the tickets being returned to us by the post office with an error then your tickets would get automatically reissued to Will Call for pickup when you arrive at the event.

I purchased my EDC tickets on Dec. 2nd. I recieved the conformation email that my transaction was successful but when i checked my bank account the ticket transactions were still pending. Okay flavorus so I totally kinda messed up. First I put the wrong email for my edc transaction(firstname.lastname@example.org) the correct email is (Roberto_ramirez24@aol.com) and now I just realized on my address I put “Daltons” instead of the correct name “Dalton” …

There are no names on tickets so it does not matter if you are Bobby or Roberto. Also, since you are using your Mom’s credit card it’s her info we’ll need at Will Call to pick up the ticket. As I mentioned in your last question, you can bring a photocopy of her ID and the credit card she used.
Your tickets are being sent Priority Mail when they ship out next May. There shouldn’t be a problem with the address and we have already changed your email to reflect the correct one. If they do get sent back to us, then yes you’ll pick them up at Will Call with the Credit Card used to make the purchase and your ID or the ID of the cardholder. Photocopies or pictures on a smartphone also work if you can’t bring the actual card and ID.

We do not currently have a way to ship anywhere except the billing address of the card used at the time of purchase. You can certainly buy the ticket then ship it from your billing address to someone else once you receive it.
I bought my ticket to see bennasi as a guest and have the comfermation code how do I know when my tickets are coming in?

when i purchased my edc tickets i choose the payment plan option. is there a way to pay off the bill ahead of time ?
The payment plan is set up to charge you automatically for each scheduled payment on the first of each consecutive month. For that reason, we are unable to accept advance payment for your tickets. The payment for your order must proceed according to the payment plan setup. this may be a silly question.. but is there a way to buy a one day pass for this event?
I’m not sure what event you are referring to as we sell tickets to thousands of events nationwide but I think you might be talking about EDC in Las Vegas. If so, there are no single day tickets available for that show.

I was wondering if you guys have any promo codes for EDCLV 2014.I see that there is a promo code box when you are about to purchase im guessing there is. Do I have to call and ask about them?
Hi Pedro, thanks for your question. Any promo codes for any event will be handed out/posted by the promoters of that event on their website or Face Book page or via email. We are not able to give out any promo codes or validate any codes you might have. The box is there for a promo code to be entered and as long as you are able to locate one from the promoter, you can use it for your ticket purchase.
