How-to: Will Call
Have you ever noticed how the world seems to open up with just a swipe of a credit card? Plane flight to Europe — swipe. New Macbook — swipe. You can even swipe your card at parking meters these days.
Well, don’t ever accuse us of being behind the technological times. When you run your event through Flavorus, customers will get through the doors faster thanks to our online system–without needing a paper ticket. All they have to do is bring their credit card. One swipe and their ticket information is at your fingertips.
Follow the steps below to get familiar with our Will Call features as you prepare for your next (or first!) event. We’ve included screenshots to help you along–if you get lost look for this icon:
To begin, you’ll need to have an event page already set-up. For more information on creating an event on our site, check out this how-to post.
1. This is the Box Office Screen. At the top, select Will Call.
2. To look up a customer’s order, they’ll need to provide the credit card they used to make the purchase. Slide the card through the Mag Card Swipe. The Customer’s order will come up automatically.
3. If you’re using paper tickets, you’ll hand the customer the number on the screen and click “Skip Card.” If you’re using mag cards, you’ll slide the cards through the Mag Card Swipe now until the screen says “transaction complete.”

What if the credit card i used doesnt have my name (its a pay card from my former job), and the facebook account I used to sign in isnt my name just spelled differently (so certain people couldn’t look my new facebook up). Will I be all good as long as I have that pay card and my ID?? I even saved the online sale receipt on my phone. Or should I call before the concert to make sure??
As long as you can present that exact credit card and your ID, you will be able to redeem your tickets. We also suggest bringing the receipt. Please refer to the customer service side of the Will Call booth and they will be able to assist you with obtaining your tickets there. Please contact email@example.com with any other questions or concerns.

I used my little sister’s debit card to purchase my tickets, and she has no Id.. is there any way I can still get in with only showing her card and a receipt? Or could I change this information somehow
In order to redeem tickets that someone else has purchased for you, you will need a photocopy of the card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of the cardholder’s ID. This notifies staff at will call that the purchaser has given you permission to pick up the tickets. You may use a government issued ID or identification that has their picture and name that matches the name on the credit card. Feel free to contact email@example.com for further questions.

What is the rationale behind issuing some as will-call and others digitally (e-tix) without giving the buyer a preference?
All delivery methods available for an event can be found on the event page and a customer is free to choose from the delivery methods that are made available by event organizers. Please feel free to contact email@example.com with any other questions regarding delivery methods.

What if i am no longer able to attend the event, and the tickets are under my credit card. How can a friend get them if i am not going?
If you would like someone else to use your tickets, the individual must bring a photocopy of the credit card used to purchase the tickets as well as a photocopy of the cardholder’s ID. Please be sure the names and last four digits of the credit card are clearly visible. We also suggest bringing the printed e-receipt to the event. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions.
I bought my ticket online on 8/30/2013 and it is the day before the concert and i still haven’t gotten it, i can’t figure out how to put it on will, my account doesn’t give me the option of “will call list”. What do i do?
When is the earliest I can pick up the will call tickets? I got called in for work so I can’t pick up the tickets anymore and a lot of people dont trust the method of me giving out the photocopy of my credit card and ID.

How long will the Will Call tent be up at the Escape From Wonderland 2013 show? Because I may be about an hour late.
Hi Michelle, thanks for your question.
Will Call and Customer Service are open an hour before the event begins and usually stays open almost to the end of the event. It will certainly be open an hour after the show starts, so don’t worry.
hello quick question im trying to purchase tickets for HARD november 2 and i want to do will call. When i see the delivery options their is no WILL CALL. is their will call for this event and if so how do i go about putting them under will call?
When you go to the event, the delivery drop down menu lists Will Call and International Order as the delivery options. Will Call FREE is the top selection before you click the drop down menu. That is what you should choose to get your tickets at Will Call for pick up when you arrive.
If you are still having trouble, feel free to call us for clarification at 855-2-Flavor.
Hi I’m trying to buy tickets for Sam Pottorff’s birthday party but the only shipping method is Will Call and when you go to pick up your tickets you have to have the same credit card and ID the tickets were purchase with the problem is my dad is buying my ticket and my best friend’s mom is taking us to the event is there any other way I can pick up the tickets without my dad coming with us ?
When you purchase tickets with someone else’s credit card, you’ll have to bring a photocopy or a picture on a smart phone of that person’s credit card and their ID in order to pick up the tickets at Will Call. The person who owns the credit card does not have to be there with you as long as you have the two required items.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
What if the name used to purchase the tickets does not match the name on the credit card that was used? I used my credit card to buy the tickets but the Flavorus account is under my boyfriend’s name.
Good question, there are no names on tickets. We identify tickets at Will Call by the last four digits of the card number and the cardholder’s ID. We do not match up tickets either at the door or at Will Call by the name on the account used. Only by the card number and ID of the card holder so you don’t have to worry about the name used to make the purchase. If you are picking them up at Will Call, you just need that card (or a photocopy or picture of it) and the cardholder’s ID (or a photocopy or picture of it). If you have the ticket in hand, then just go right up to the door and go in, no one will check your name against that ticket, just that you are of age to enter the event.
If you have any other questions, we’d love to help. Call us at 855-2-Flavor.
Is it fine for me to bring a paper with a photocopy of someone else’s drivers license and debit card to will call tomorrow for Hard day of the dead, they bought me the ticket but it doesn’t match my actual ID. I wanted to know if the paper with the photocopy of their info would suffice.
That is perfectly fine, yes. At Will Call they want to see the credit card and ID of the cardholder, or copies of those things in order to pick up tickets.
I bought a ticket for bingo players next Saturday. It’s a print @home ticket but before I even got to print it the page closed I bought it under a guest account. What should I do?
Thanks for your message, send us an email at email@example.com providing your name and email address listed on the account you used to make the purchase and we can email you the print@home ticket. No problem at all.
Hi I am going to the zoe event on nov 17 al club rio in SA. Where and at what time can i get my tickets with the will call recipt i printed?
The doors for the Zoe event open at 9pm that evening. That means that Will Call will open an hour before that at 8pm for picking up tickets. They should be located somewhere near the front entrance of the event. In addition to your printed receipt you’ll also need your ID and the credit card used. If you used someone else’s credit card a photocopy or clear, legible picture on a smartphone of their ID and the card will also work.
If you have other questions, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or daily from 8-8 Pacific time at 855-2-Flavor.
Hey! im going to see the Excision show in El Paso on feb 16, and the receipt of the ticket is made out to me (my name) but I used my dads credit card, if I take a legible picture of it and show it, would the ID have to be his too? or can it be mine? (on the receipt)
Hi Hunter, thanks for your question.
You can take either a photocopy or a clear, legible picture on your smartphone of your Dad’s ID and the credit card used. The receipt is also good to have. Those things will grant you access to the tickets at Will Call with no problem.
