Have you ever noticed how the world seems to open up with just a swipe of a credit card? Plane flight to Europe — swipe. New Macbook — swipe. You can even swipe your card at parking meters these days.



Well, don’t ever accuse us of being behind the technological times. When you run your event through Flavorus, customers will get through the doors faster thanks to our online system–without needing a paper ticket. All they have to do is bring their credit card. One swipe and their ticket information is at your fingertips.



Follow the steps below to get familiar with our Will Call features as you prepare for your next (or first!) event. We’ve included screenshots to help you along–if you get lost look for this icon:

To begin, you’ll need to have an event page already set-up. For more information on creating an event on our site, check out this how-to post.



1. This is the Box Office Screen.  At the top, select Will Call.

2. To look up a customer’s order, they’ll need to provide the credit card they used to make the purchase.  Slide the card through the Mag Card Swipe.  The Customer’s order will come up automatically.

3. If you’re using paper tickets, you’ll hand the customer the number on the screen and click “Skip Card.”  If you’re using mag cards, you’ll slide the cards through the Mag Card Swipe now until the screen says “transaction complete.”



4.  After the “transaction complete” message disappears, you’re ready to take your next customer.

What if the credit card i used doesnt have my name (its a pay card from my former job), and the facebook account I used to sign in isnt my name just spelled differently (so certain people couldn’t look my new facebook up). Will I be all good as long as I have that pay card and my ID?? I even saved the online sale receipt on my phone. Or should I call before the concert to make sure??

As long as you can present that exact credit card and your ID, you will be able to redeem your tickets. We also suggest bringing the receipt. Please refer to the customer service side of the Will Call booth and they will be able to assist you with obtaining your tickets there. I am an international purchaser for the event EDC in Vegas, If I am to pick up my ticket at WILLCALL at the event, is there aw ay I can get my shuttle pass before hand to get to the event? Is it possible for the package to be picked up prior to event start date? Can it be picked up at the STRIP?

For EDC Las Vegas 2013, you may pick up a replacement shuttle wristband at the shuttle stops on the strip by providing the credit card used for the purchase and your ID. Extra packages/boxes will be available at will call upon availability.

You can pick up your tickets at Will Call with a photocopy of the credit card used (please leave the last 4 digits visible) and a photocopy of the cardholder’s ID (something to match the name on the credit card). We also suggest printing your receipt.

In order to redeem tickets that someone else has purchased for you, you will need a photocopy of the card used to purchase the tickets and a photocopy of the cardholder’s ID. This notifies staff at will call that the purchaser has given you permission to pick up the tickets. The Will Call booth normally opens an hour before the event begins and is usually located in a large white tent near the front gate or entrance to the show. It will have our Flavorus logo on it as well as signs letting you know which line is Will Call and which is Customer Service. The earliest you can pick up Will Call tickets is an hour before the show begins.

It is usually located in a large white tent near the front gate or entrance to the show. Will Call and Customer Service are open an hour before the event begins and usually stays open almost to the end of the event. It will certainly be open an hour after the show starts, so don’t worry.

Hi Yuly,

When you go to the event, the delivery drop down menu lists Will Call and International Order as the delivery options. Will Call FREE is the top selection before you click the drop down menu. That is what you should choose to get your tickets at Will Call for pick up when you arrive.

Hi Josephina,

When you purchase tickets with someone else’s credit card, you’ll have to bring a photocopy or a picture on a smart phone of that person’s credit card and their ID in order to pick up the tickets at Will Call. The person who owns the credit card does not have to be there with you as long as you have the two required items.

Good question, there are no names on tickets. We identify tickets at Will Call by the last four digits of the card number and the cardholder’s ID. We do not match up tickets either at the door or at Will Call by the name on the account used. Only by the card number and ID of the card holder so you don’t have to worry about the name used to make the purchase. If you are picking them up at Will Call, you just need that card (or a photocopy or picture of it) and the cardholder’s ID (or a photocopy or picture of it). If you have the ticket in hand, then just go right up to the door and go in, no one will check your name against that ticket, just that you are of age to enter the event.

That is perfectly fine, yes. At Will Call they want to see the credit card and ID of the cardholder, or copies of those things in order to pick up tickets.

The doors for the Zoe event open at 9pm that evening. That means that Will Call will open an hour before that at 8pm for picking up tickets. They should be located somewhere near the front entrance of the event. In addition to your printed receipt you’ll also need your ID and the credit card used. If you used someone else’s credit card a photocopy or clear, legible picture on a smartphone of their ID and the card will also work.

You can take either a photocopy or a clear, legible picture on your smartphone of your Dad’s ID and the credit card used. The receipt is also good to have. Those things will grant you access to the tickets at Will Call with no problem.

You can use a debit card to make purchases with us as long as it has either the Mastercard or Visa log on it. We also take credit cards.

If you used someone else’s credit card a photocopy or clear, legible picture on a smartphone of their ID and the card will also work.

You can take either a photocopy or a clear, legible picture on your smartphone of your Dad’s ID and the credit card used. The receipt is also good to have. Those things will grant you access to the tickets at Will Call with no problem.

Hello when i use my debit card to purchases tickets it says that my card was denied. Can i use my debit card to purchase tickets or do i have to use a credit card?

Hi,
You can use a debit card to make purchases with us as long as it has either the Mastercard or Visa log on it. We also take credit cards.
