Terms of Purchase
Flavorus is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Flavorus. By signing or marking, and by completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies.
All sales are final. Except as provided below under “CANCELLED EVENTS,” there are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Flavorus control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Flavorus and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests.
If an event in its entirety is canceled prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the “support.flavorus.com” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, however you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to Flavorus. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
All customer support is handled by the Flavorus online message system, in which case all customer support and refunds are handled by the event producer. Please contact customer support by clicking the “support.flavorus.com” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event.
Will call tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your “e-ticket” receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print out your ticket, please visit your account purchase history. You may also present your Print-At-Home ticket using a smart phone and visiting your account purchase history.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable. Express tickets require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. All other shipping methods do not require a signature. Allow approximately 5 business days for delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address or if the tickets are returned unclaimed you will not receive a refund. International shipping is not available.
All layaway tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Layaway plans can be cancelled at any time, however, in accordance with our terms of purchase there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to the producers of the event. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the layaway plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your layaway plan once your order has been submitted. You must have a valid form of payment on file at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your layaway plan current.
Release of Liability
Flavorus is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Flavorus will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Flavorus, you hereby release and forever discharge Flavorus, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Flavorus of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
